Ingredients
- for 4 people
- Fileja scaled up with 2 eggs
- 1 jar nduja sausage (90g) or equivalent fresh
- 1 shallot or small onion, finely chopped
- 1 tin polpa tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
Method
- In a pan large enough to hold all the ingredients, fry the finely chopped onion in olive oil until soft and translucent, the add tomatoes.
- Meanwhile fry the nduja sausage util it falls apart. Add to the pan with the onion and tomatoes and cook for at least 10 minutes until thickening.
- Cook the pasta for 5 minutes or longer if still too al dente. Add pasta to sauce
