:tin of spinach
:300ml water (maybe less)
:4 tbsp tomato puree
:1 tsp salt
:50g butter
:1 tsp sugar
:½ tsp ground black pepper
:1 tbsp ground cumin

==Method==
#put all the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to boil.
#Simmer for 15 minutes or longer - don't let it dry out or add too much water to become soupy.
#Eat hot, or allow to cool, or chill as suggested below.
