==Ingredients==
:1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
:1 chorizo sausage, coarsely chopped
:200g cherry tomatoes
:500g [[Gnocchi]]
:250g uncooked prawns, shelled and deveined 
:rocket leaves
:lemon wedges

==Method==
#Make the [[Gnocchi]] or buy a packet
#Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the chorizo and cook for 2 minutes till golden brown. Add the tomatoes and cook, stirring for 2 more minutes until tomatoes begin to collapse
#Add the prawns and cook for a few minutes until prawns are done.
#Meanwhile cook the gnocchi in a large pan of boiling water.  Fresh ones are done when they float to the surface.
#Add gnocchi to the prawn mixture.  Toss to combine.  Garnish with rocket leaves and lemon wedges
