Ingredients

chicken wings
jerk chicken seasoning
vegetable oil

Method

  1. Mix wings, jerk seasoning and oil so that the wings are well covered in seasoning. Allow to marinade for at least 2 hours in the fridge
  2. Place wings on baking tray and roast in oven at 200℃ for 30 minutes or longer.
  3. Serve with pitta bread, coleslaw, hot sauce etc etc
