Ingredients
- chicken wings
- jerk chicken seasoning
- vegetable oil
Method
- Mix wings, jerk seasoning and oil so that the wings are well covered in seasoning. Allow to marinade for at least 2 hours in the fridge
- Place wings on baking tray and roast in oven at 200℃ for 30 minutes or longer.
- Serve with pitta bread, coleslaw, hot sauce etc etc
