Ingredients
- 500g potatoes (vastkokend, i.e. a waxy or salad potato like Charlotte, Binten)
- butter (melted)
- salt & pepper
- garlic
Method
- Peel and thinly slice the potatoes, e.g. on a mandoline, to the thickness a coin.
- Rub an ovenproof with a clove of garlic. Fill the dish with at least four layers of potatoes, each generously lubricated with melted butter and well seasoned with salt and pepper.
- Cover disk with foil and bake in an oven 190℃ for 45-60 minutes. Remove foil 10-15 minutes before end to brown top.
