Cheese wafers

Next time I'll try with more parmesan and maybe a little more salt
Ingredients
- 180g water
- 30g oil
- 4g salt
- 15g sugar
- 40g parmesan cheese
- 150g flour
Method
- Mix together the water, oil, salt and sugar. Add the cheese and mix. Mix in the flour to make a thick, and rather lumpy due to the cheese, batter.
- Heat a waffle iron, and cook teaspoons of the mixture until golden brown - about 2 minutes on my waffle iron
