#Remove from oven and place peppers in a bowl covered with cling file and allow to steam and cool.&lt;br /&gt;
#Once cooled, core and deseed the peppers and pull off all the skin.  Pack into a sterilised jar interspersed with cloves of garlic squeezed out of the skins. Pour in olive oil to cover.&lt;br /&gt;
#Keeps for a week in the fridge.&lt;br /&gt;
