#Peel and thinly slice the potatoes, e.g. on a mandoline, to the thickness a coin.&lt;br /&gt;
#Rub an ovenproof with a clove of garlic. Fill the dish with at least four layers of potatoes, each generously lubricated with melted butter and well seasoned with salt and pepper.&lt;br /&gt;
#Cover disk with foil and bake in an oven 190℃ for 45-60 minutes. Remove foil 10-15 minutes before end to brown top.&lt;br /&gt;
