#Blitz in a liquidiser till smooth and pass through a sieve.  Check seasoning and keep warm.&lt;br /&gt;
#Cook the pappardelle in plenty of boiling salted water. Drain and add to the creamed courgettes - adding a little pasta water if the sauce is too thick.&lt;br /&gt;
