Weigh off 100g of the cucumber puree into a bowl.  Warm 1-2 Tbsp of the cucumber juice. Squeeze some of the water out of the leaf of gelatine and dissolve it in the warmed juice. Mix the weighed cucumber puree, gelatine juice and whipped cream together.  Allow to stiffen for at least 2 hours in the fridge.&lt;br /&gt;
