==Ingredients==&lt;br /&gt;
:1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil&lt;br /&gt;
:1 chorizo sausage, coarsely chopped&lt;br /&gt;
:200g cherry tomatoes&lt;br /&gt;
:500g [[Gnocchi]]&lt;br /&gt;
:250g uncooked prawns, shelled and deveined &lt;br /&gt;
:rocket leaves&lt;br /&gt;
:lemon wedges&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
==Method==&lt;br /&gt;
#Make the [[Gnocchi]] or buy a packet&lt;br /&gt;
#Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the chorizo and cook for 2 minutes till golden brown. Add the tomatoes and cook, stirring for 2 more minutes until tomatoes begin to collapse&lt;br /&gt;
#Add the prawns and cook for a few minutes until prawns are done.&lt;br /&gt;
#Meanwhile cook the gnocchi in a large pan of boiling water.  Fresh ones are done when they float to the surface.&lt;br /&gt;
#Add gnocchi to the prawn mixture.  Toss to combine.  Garnish with rocket leaves and lemon wedges&lt;br /&gt;
