:1 shallot or small onion, finely chopped<br />
:1 tin polpa tomatoes<br />
:1 Tbsp olive oil<br />

==Method==<br />
#In a pan large enough to hold all the ingredients, fry the finely chopped onion in olive oil until soft and translucent, the add tomatoes.<br />
#Meanwhile fry the nduja sausage util it falls apart. Add to the pan with the onion and tomatoes and cook for at least 10 minutes until thickening.<br />
#Cook the pasta for 5 minutes or longer if still too ''al dente''. Add pasta to sauce<br />
