Ingedients

100g caster sugar
1 Tbsp honey
75g double cream
80g butter
couple of pinches salt (to taste)

Method

  1. Heat the sugar and honey over low heat till melted and takes on a light amber
  2. Add the cream in three parts. Boil for 2 minutes
  3. Add the butter and salt to taste
