Salted Caramel

Ingedients
- 100g caster sugar
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 75g double cream
- 80g butter
- couple of pinches salt (to taste)
Method
- Heat the sugar and honey over low heat till melted and takes on a light amber
- Add the cream in three parts. Boil for 2 minutes
- Add the butter and salt to taste
